We have range of sponge and buttercream flavours which we reguraly use due to popularity but we are always experimenting with new ideas.

We only use finest available ingredients for all of our cakes.
Free range eggs, Massa Ticino Fondant which is imported from Switzerland and is finest world famous fondant, Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste and Pure Vanilla Extract are just some of the few.
Sponge & Fruit Cake
Our various sponge cakes are moist and freshly baked. They can be filled with buttercream, ganache, mousse, fruit curds and custards.
Sponge cake can be decorated outside with fondant or buttercream.
Rich Fruit Cake
Our delicious rich fruit cake is made at least 6 weeks in advance and then matured in Sherry. It will be covered in marzepan and fondant.
Light Fruit Cake
If you like a lighter fruit cake that still has plenty of fruit flavours this cake is perfect.
Buttercream & Filling
Our cake fillings are freshly made for every order. We make swiss meringue buttercream rather than american buttercream as it's glorious and silky in texture. Our buttercream is constantly complemented on. We can also do american buttercream should you prefer that option.
